As a young boy from Kiel, the water was never far away. When I first stood on a surfboard at the age of 14, I learned to understand the interplay of water and wind. This was the beginning of an enthusiasm and lifelong passion.

My buddies and I designed surfboards and spent every free minute on the ocean. I became a surfing and sailing instructor. But Dad, the harbormaster at the time, insisted on a proper apprenticeship. My electrician training wasn't always cool, but it was very valuable and sparked my passion for technology.

This was followed by years in construction, taking responsibility for planning, coordination and execution, followed by stations abroad, setting up surf and sailing schools, countless yacht transfers, further training and certifications.

Further training and self-study on nautical and IT equipment continue to this day.

Since then, I've assisted people in the purchase and sale of their vessels, configuring and converting dozens of yachts according to the owners' specific wishes, maintaining, renewing, updating, and repairing the vessels.

Of course, I know almost everyone in the north who has anything to do with sailing yachts ;-) and slowly, too, in Valencia and the Balearic Islands. Motor yachts, too, by the way.
